Fall is the perfect time of year to whip up some good ole fashioned comfort food and I don't know anyone who doesn't love a great grilled cheese. Cut these yummy little treats into perfect bite sized portions. I like to serve my mini grilled cheese sandwiches with tomato soup in a shot glass. It makes for a great presentation and people are still able to mingle and eat without being bogged down by an entire plate of food.
The classic grilled is the ultimate in versatility. Dress it up with cucumbers or pulled short ribs, or keep things simple with nothing more than pure cheddar. Whatever you decide, it will all result in the same satisfaction.
