Oh the weather outside is frightful but inside it's red hot delightful and since we no place to go...let's party, let's party, let's party!
Kick things up a notch this winter with this red hot party decor. Santa's not the only who can pull off this much red. I love a colored theme and there is something about a monochromatic look that makes everything look so darn chic.
When your guests arrive, greet them with a signature red cocktail like cosmos or candy cane martinis (yum!) For the hors d'ouevres serve ahi tuna tartar on waffle chips and red mashed potatoes (just add food coloring) in martini glasses... oh these are fantastic. Let's not forget about dessert - come on - who doesn't love cupcakes! They really are all the craze for a reason.. everyone loves them and they are eazzzzzyyy - the perfect cake size portion and you don't even have to dirty any plates or silverware. I love it when it's so simple and that's another thing to point out - once you have decided on your theme the rest is easy - just continue to work within your theme and you will be amazed at how creative you can get.
Runner - red, napkins - red, favor boxes - red, flowers - red ...I think you've got the picture. You can even do a candy table of all red candy; like red hots, red vines and swedish fish just to name a few. Have fun with it, after all 'tis the season. Happy Holidays!!!
We threw a Red Party last year! It was a lot of fun & we had everyone wear red too :) Love that table in the photos!!
