This simple spicy Mexican Beer Cocktail recipe is great for warm days or Fiestas. Cervezas preparadas, or "prepared beers," are popular throughout Mexico. What goes in a Michelada varies by region by the simplest version uses the following recipe. I am not a big beer drinker but there is nothing more refreshing than a ice cold Michelada.
Ingredients:
12 oz beer
juice of 1 lemons
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 dash soy sauce
1 dash Tabasco® sauce
1 pinch black peppers
salt
Directions:
Mix ingredients in a tall high glass with lots of ice. Add beer, mix, and serve.

Daiquiri Parties are great for a Memorial Day weekend. The hosts provide all the fruits, limeade and simple syrup. The guests are responsible for bringing the rum for entrance to the party. Bundle the fruits upon a table, use about five blenders and create a new one every 20 minutes.
