This theme is perfect for any time of year but I can't help but think of Summer when I see all of these fun, bright colors!  What kid wouldn't love and Arts & Crafts themed Candy Bar Birthday party??!?!  It's perfect for your little artist or your toddler's birthday party. 

Anders Ruff you've done it again with this oh so adorable Artsy Printable Party...I just adore ALL of your festive creations!!     

 

Various candies arranged in colors of the rainbow were placed on the dessert table so that the kids could fill their treat bags on their way out.

 

They filled mini water bottles with red, yellow and blue Gatorade and labeled the bottles with their printable drink wrap. The kids just loved them!
 

 
Rainbow colored twisty straws doubled as centerpieces.  

 
Mini chocolate bars were wrapped with fun printable wrappers that said different colors and reflected that color on the graphic.

 
Coordinating printable sticker labels were placed on Rainbow colored lollipops on the dessert table.

 

 
The favors were boxes of crayons (wrapped with a printable crayon wrapper), and sets of paint for the kids.

 

Create Your Own Dazzling Centerpiece

 
I spotted this dazzling DIY wedding favor and was instantly struck by how easy and chic this project is. All you need are some tin cans and beads.

Wrap tin cans with gold, black and copper bronze bead strands than fill with cut flowers.  How much easier could a DIY project be.

Use them as centerpieces for your tables or as vases around the house. The cans will look stunning lined up on the table.

Could There Really Be a Restaurant Registry?

 
 

So many couples these days are waiting longer to get married so by the time they decide to take the plunge they already have accumulated a house full of useful housewares so it's no surprise that a new site, FoodieRegistry, is making waves in the restaurant world.

The website follows the same format as Honeyfund, but instead of honeymoon experiences, the happy couple can register for meals at various restaurants. Buyers are essentially purchasing a gift certificate for the registered restaurants and can decide how much or how little they want to spend.

My mother-in-law is always telling me that she wishes there was registry for occasion gifts (like Christmas and Birthdays) so she could get the person exactly what they wanted instead of wasting her money on something the person didn't need or want.  So as soon as this site comes to LA I think I am going to get all of my friends and family to register!  I think this is the best idea I have heard yet.

Currently, restaurants in Chicago and San Francisco are available for registry, while Los Angeles, New York, Denver, Miami, and Las Vegas are coming soon. Since I enjoy dining out, I think the concept is an interesting one. How about you? Brides to be: would you consider registering for a restaurant meal?

I found these adorable cupcakes in the All You Magazine...so fun and perfect for the kids!  The best is that they are super easy to make - keep it simple and buy store bought cupakes then dress them up as cute little snowmen. Dip frosted cupcakes in sparkling sugar. Use M&M’s for eyes, candy orange slice halves for noses, gumdrops and licorice for earmuffs and pink sprinkles for cheeks...Ta Da!  Isn't that easy?!
