Anna of Anna & Blue Paperie created this adorable custom ice cream themed party for her client's daughter's 1st birthday party. It's the perfect theme for a summer party.
I love that she created this Ice Cream Printable Party collection using a color palette that consisted of soft pinks, yellows and browns and than incorporated a classic pink and white striped pattern to give the collection that true vintage feel of an olde fashioned ice cream shoppe. Anna really out did herself with this one.

Take a minute to pause for romance tonight and if not for romance than for yourself. Life seems to be so busy these days that I think it's important to just take a time out to enjoy all the wonderful things it has given you over the years.

Love is in the air. I am not sure if that's because Valentine's Day is just around the corner or this wedding just put me in the mood.
Ohhhh my, I am definitely all girl when it comes to weddings - I must admit that I absolutely love weddings! I have seen so many weddings but very few that make me want to re-do my wedding day...well this is definitely one! There is something so incredibly romantic about this wedding; the decor is absolutely perfect! I hope this wedding inspires you the way it did for me.
I adore peonies and I love how the bride went for a more chic look for her bridesmaids by either having them wearing a pink peony tied to their wrists and hair or by simply carrying a single stem wrapped in fabric.
In order to compete with the floor-to-ceiling windows, the huppah was made out of two oversized pillars decorated with fresh flowers, paper cranes and pipe cleaner flowers. Mazel Tov!
Square place cards were printed with the couple's initials then set on a bed of moss among orchids and other flowers.
Fresh flowers and paper flowers decorated the narrow, tall cake. Two carefully placed bigger paper butterfiles added extra springtime décor.
To give this reception the true garden vibe the couple wanted - no two floral arrangements looked the same. There were a variety of virbrant, springtime blooms that topped the tables.
They tucked hot pink menu cards into the white linen napkins for an extra added pop of color.
In order to seperate the the couple's chairs from all the rest, they were decorated with strings of hot pink origami.
All of these details really were so simple but also elevated this occasion to whole other level - "Magical!"
